Located in
Davenport, our villa is set in an ideal location
on Highway 27, close
to Highway 192 and only minutes from the Interstate 4. This provides
access to all the main travelling routes in Central Florida and
is just 10 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World.
The single storey villa is large enough for a big family or two smaller to share, with over 3,200 sq ft under roof, all furnished to an excellent standard.
You'll be able to relax around our large 26 by 13 foot pool, in private, as it is not overlooked and surrounded by landscaping. Should you wish to escape the heat of the sun you can retire under the covered Lanai with its cooling ceiling fans or alternatively, just lie back in our superb spa.
If you enjoy a round of Golf you'll be ideally positioned staying at our villa. There are over 20 courses to be found within a 20 mile radius including the award winning Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and the Greg Norman designed
Champions Gate courses.
For those of you who wish to visit the attractions, Walt Disney World is only 10 minutes away and many of Orlando's other world famous entertainment venues are all within 25 minutes drive by car. Alternatively if you prefer a little retail therapy, Orlando is home to a large number of malls and retail outlets including Mall at Millenia, Osceola Square Mall, Belz Factory Outlet, Prime Outlet Center, Downtown Disney Marketplace, Market Street at Celebration, West Oaks Mall, Orlando Fashion Square Mall, Florida Mall, Posner Park and Cagans Crossing.

Our villa has two separate seating areas, the Great room and the Living room. Both rooms are furnished to a luxurious
standard.
The spacious Great room contains luxurious sofas and chairs. To help keep you entertained there is a 42inch Plasma H.D. cable T.V. with Home Theatre system and surround sound, a DVD system, and a Stereo system along with an I-Pod docking station. Complimentary High Speed Internet access with wireless capability is available. There is a selection of board games, toys, books and DVD’s to entertain children of all ages. Patio doors allow direct access out onto the pool deck, as well as letting in lots of natural light.

The Living room contains sofas and chairs making this an ideal location to escape from the family and curl up and relax with a good book. Patio doors again give access directly onto the pool deck.

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the latest amenities including a large Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer/Ice machine, large selection of Crockery and Cutlery, Dishwasher, and Coffee Machine (essential for those early morning risers for the Theme Parks).
If you need to do any laundry, we have a large washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities all located in the adjoining Laundry room. All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided for your needs and a security safe keeps your valuables secure.

The
villa has two dining areas, the Dining room and the Breakfast Nook.
The formal dining room contains a large
glass table and eight chairs, and is ideal for that special dining occasion. A large window lets in plenty of natural light.
The breakfast nook adjoins the Kitchen and overlooks the pool area. It contains a round glass table, four chairs and two bar stools.

The Games Room contains a professionally installed 8-foot slate bed pool table, Air Hockey game, electronic Darts and an authentic Arcade Machine with over 80 games which is free to use. There is a Bar Table and Stools to allow you to relax and watch the action.

The
villa contains five large bedrooms and a Queen sized sofa bed, allowing up
to 12 adults to sleep comfortably.
Two of the bedrooms
are luxurious Master Suites, one King and one Queen. There is a second
King bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has a huge King sized bed with a seating area to enable you to watch the TV in added
comfort or make a call from the bedside phone. The spacious en-suite bathroom contains a huge walk-in Shower, a roman tub/bath, a separate toilet area, and his'n'hers basins and vanity mirrors. There is no shortage of storage space with a large walk-in closet, while additional luxuries include a ceiling fan, hairdryer, a clock radio, and finally, your own private access via patio doors out onto the Pool deck.

 The second master contains a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom complete with large walk in
shower, toilet, vanity basin and hairdryer.
Bedroom 3
contains a King sized bed and shares an en-suite bathroom with Bedroom 4,
the nautical themed Twin Room. Bedroom 5 also has two single beds
with a safari theme to capture the imagination of the young and young at
heart. All bedrooms have TV's, with a DVD in Bedroom 5 and built in
closet and drawers providing plenty of storage space.
If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the Living Room.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep. It also has central heating, if needed, in the cooler months.
